I am looking for my husbands Great Great Grandmother.
Her name was Agnes, she was married several times...her maiden name or first husband's name was cousins(?) her next husband was Crooks with which she had 5 children John, Helen, Florence, William& David
She came to the States in 1887 and married John Henderson they had three girls here. Barbara, Lillian & Gertrude. She was a midwife in Edinburgh. Is there any way to find out more? She was born April 1852. That is all the info I have. Any help will be appreciated.

They Married 11 Aug 1872 Durham...
from this you can be 99% sure that Agnes's maiden name was Cousins, and not just a previous married name....
