Any mention of O'Connor I believe from Kilmanagh, my ggrandfather was a miller.  Also O'connor from Ballyfacy.

Hei Lyn,

I am sorry I have not got The Mills and Millers of Ireland out this time. I will take a book back on Tuesday when the library open, Monday they are closed, and exchange for Mills and Millers. There are several O'Connors in the book but they are in the field of Arts and Politics. I can offer Sinead O'Connor, singer

Hi,
I have been looking for William Brownrigg for years. Born about 1785-87 in Mullins, Parish of Kilcommon, Co. Wicklow.  He married Jane Morris about 1803, had 6 children, and then emigrated to L'Acadie, Quebec in 1823.
That would be a stroke of luck if you found him!

Sorry Peggy,

I am beginning to think I would be wise to borrow a different book next time.
This one jumps from Browne to Browne's Hill. I think people need to have done something eg be an artist, a politician, singer..that type of thing in order to have an entry. There are three entries for Morris but they were born or died in the 20th century.
