1851 CENSUS LOOKUP PLEASE

I am looking for a Hannah Hall aged about 8 in 1851 born Wadsley or Eccelesfield Yorkshire she should be with her mother hannah who would be aged about 45 she was born in Fullwood or Bamford Derbyshire.

Also trying to find a William Wood aged about 8 in 1851 born Shafton Yorks

And finally a Mary Ann Vickers aged about 4 born Silkston Yorkshire.
Any help would be appreciated.
