I have been looking for any information on Joan Purcell born 1897/1898 for 2 years with not much success.  Joan married Percival Simpkin in 1921 in Harrogate Yorkshire in a Roman Catholic Church for which I have the certificate.  Her father is noted as Thomas Purcell a Land Steward. I would be grateful of any info what so ever.
