Hi,

Keynsham falls within the census returns for Somerset on the 1851 census.  You might like to try posting your request there.

Hi Kris,

Yes thanks, I am looking for the father of the Mary CARPENTER that you found earlier. he was called James Carpenter.

On Mary's wedding cert in 1854, James was down as a Wire Drawer, could be wine drawer. She's down in 1851 as being born in Keynsham so, hopefully, James is there too. Fingers crossed,

Bye for now, Doreen :-*

Hi Doreen Here is James....for interest it is a Wire Drawer...a wire drawer pushes the rod through a series of holes to make it smaller hence make it into wire.
