Problems with Scotlands People anyone?

I've been trying to access previously viewed scans on Scotland's people. (ie, the ones I've already paid for). Never had any problems doing this before.. but yesterday and today, the actual scans aren't appearing. The page has the same toolbar as if the scan was there, and the same warning that if I want to access the previous or next page there will be a cost, etc - but not the actual scan.

It's a bit bizarre! I've tried changing the viewer, trying different browsers, rebooting the machine, etc. Nothing works.

Any ideas anyone?

I've had problems too with images not loading - the new page opens up on the search page and it cost me credits.
When I contacted them they told me to try emptying my cookie cache etc! My pc is programmed to empty every day so this wasn't the problem, I see you don't get re imbursed either for the stuff up.

Hi All,
When I visited Scotlandspeople and ordered a birth and marriage certificate from the link I was sent the wrong certificates for both! 
It only took an email to the Scotlandspeople site to have the correct ones in the mail.  A little disconcerting all the same, you would think that the link to the actual record would be correct.
