Co.Clare marriage - Hardy

Can anyone please help with any information on the marriage of -
??? Hardy and Mary ???  in Co. Clare
probable date 1845 - 1850. 
Their children born in Ireland were -
John (c.1850),
Mary (c.1851),
William (c. 1852)
Patrick (c. 1857)
Thomas (c. 1859)

I found Mary Hardy (WIDOW + kids) in the 1871 England Census but I don't know if her husband died in Ireland or England.
