Pam - looks like a good match to me!

Same family in 1861, with slight name change...

RG9/2174/98/16 - Back of Acorn Inn N° 11, Garrison Lane, Aston
William Grateholder  Head  42  Railway Labourer  b. Bartholomew the Great, London
Ann Grateholder  Wife  36  b. West Bromwich
James Grateholder  Son  16  Railway Labourer  b. Hickson
Charles Grateholder  Son  14  Spoon Filer  b. Hickson
Francis Field  Stepson  9  Errand Lad  b. Aston
Frederick Field  Stepson  6  Scholar  b. Aston
Mary Ann Grateholder  Dau  2  b. Aston

And a possibility for Ann and her first husband (Frank's father) in 1851:

HO107/2053/111/44 - Lower [...], Aston
Joseph Field  Head  26  Policeman  b. Kings Norton, Worcs
Ann Field  Wife  27  b. West Bromwich, Staffs
