The full refernce for Hannah Poole household on the 1851 census is HO107 2167 folio 282.
I don't think the ticks in the blind, deaf and dumb column relate to the peoples' condition. Every person on the page not born in Cheshire has a tick. I think this was a later addition when the statisticians were working on these returns and were counting those born outside of Cheshire. The same ticks occur on the preceding and following pages but only for those who were non-Cheshire born.
