I've found that quite a few get misssed, so I tend scan down the boards and look for posts with 0 repiles that are more than a day old, I've managed to answer a few this way.

Happens to me all the time!!  ;D  8)

As I don't have any UK records in my possession (I'm in Oz), I have to try to answer on the more general boards, and am nearly always too late, even if I don't have to go away and look something up!!  But every now and then I get one in first - real sense of achievement!!

I've been stunned by the speed of some of the responses I have had in the past!!  ;D

I have to agree with you. I have had wonderful help from other RC and I try to give back but as I am in Canada with the time difference I don't get the chance to reply back but I have been able to help a few people and that makes me feel good.

After a while you see the question so many times the answer is in your head ;D I know someone (not on here) i call sponge brain ;D. No matter what i ask he has the right reply. I am another one that looks for the  0 replies but only if i can help, if not i don't ;D

And in case you don't know, if you click on the "replies" at the head of the column on a county page then the postings rearrange themselves with unanswered ones at the top (oldest first so scroll down a bit for the most recent ones). Click again and it goes back the way it was. Cunning eh?
