kmo, you've done a great job on that colouring-in, I know it's not easy when you've got lots of little bits to do, and I don't think I would have had the patience to tackle it!  Well done!

Dave, here is my attempt at bringing out your (possible) g-grandad.  Not sure if it's any better than Keith's... :-\

yes he does look a bit young. Perhaps we still don't have a picture of ggranddad!!
How I wish I had asked more questions or paid more attention when I was a youngster. I was about 16 when Gran died and not a bit interested in the BMD certs and photo's that she had in the house. Most of them were thrown out, I remember thinking that the stamps were of more interest than the certificates!!!.
I now have captions and names on all my family history photos and they are regularly updated and saved to disc.
