I'm looking for information on Thomas Morgan born monmouthshire monkswood around 1839, he married a Margaret. I am not certain if he married her in Wales or Liverpool. He's in the Liverpool 1991 census married to Margaret with a family. Sorry but that all the information I have. I know is not much but I wondering if some kind person would shed some light on this please.

Please just clarify something for me. What do you mean by "Liverpool 1991 census"?  1891? 1881? 1901? Even if its 1881 you are talking about someone who would be something like 52 years old at that time.  Where did you find them in that census?
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.
