 Birth Lookup - URQUHART, Ethel

Ethel was born approx 1886, supposedly Pt Augusta, Sth Aust
Can someone do a birth lookup if possible in Sth Aust, Qld or Tas.
Married in 1908 to William Moss, Ardrossan Sth Aust. Died 1958 in Adelaide Sth Aust. Her wedding cert shows her surname as UGUNHART childrens births show variations of spellings. Her father was George William on her wedding certificate.
Possible father & mother - George Urquhart born 1852 & Annie Owen born 1861, married 10 May 1882 in Pt Augusta, Sth Aust. There are no children born to them in Sth Aust or NSW.
 Hope that makes sense
Regards Ruth

I checked Qld & Victoria, didn't find her.

Also checked SA marriages - there was not a marriage for Ann Owen and George Harker, which helps.
