1871 census look up

Hi I have another puzzle  a Victoria Coaker is in the 1881 census in London as a unmarried 22 year old born Dartmouth she is in the 1891 census in London but died in December 1891,I cannot find her in the 1861 when she would have been around 2 so can you find her in the 1871,I will say there will not be many Coakers in Dartmouth,hope you can help.

Your Victoria is on the 1861 census, she is with her parents, Henry and Mary
in the High Street, Dartmouth. She is four years of age, the census entries
are not always correct, if ever.
