A spooky likeness between my dad and his great great grandad Walter Waters. A man I knew nothing about until Casalguidi found him for me June 2005 on this brilliant site.  Then I found other people researching this family out there in cyber space and eventually made contact with another great great grandchild of Walters who sent me his piccy.

Hi Jan,

We can see who your daughter takes after in looks.  ;)

I wonder - does your lovely daughter take after you or her father in personality??

I ask because as you can see I take after my father in looks - but definitely after my mother with her "worrying" mentality!

Whereas my brother has my father's "come day- go day" personality (even tho my father died of a heart attack aged 50 and my brother has had 3 bypass opps!!)

You get traits from both sides of the family it seems!!

Cheers

Keith

P.S. Hope the new shop is going well!!

Hello there,

I'm told that I resemble my father, - I don't know whether people on here agree or not.

There's definitely a mouth/nose resemblance, but you also look a little like RDS :)
