Northampton Record Office Lookup

Could sks have a look for the marriage allegation/licence for the marriage of William Howlett to Mary Ann Cole on the 4th September 1854.  They married in Peterborough at the Parish Church which I believe is St John the Baptist.
Any information found will be of great use to me.
