Hi few questions . Was Jones her married name ? About how old was she when she died?. Husband ? Any Idea where in Melbourne or how long she had been out here before she died ? Shall give it a shot for you

That would be great! She was born Myfanwy (Mary) Kate Jones about 1900. She married a Jones and had 3 daughters. They must have left for Australia late 1930's early 1940's. I have an address on an old letter - 171, Flemingron Rd, Nth Melbourne - but no date. Judging by the content of the letter I'd say 1960's. She died March 1974.
Any help on this family would be appreciated.

I have looked at a few places and haven't found her yet , will see if I can find out where she died as she may have moved. Flemington road looks over the park lands in Melbourne. (trivia) haven't given up yet

Some of the information on there might relate to you.

All the best,
