Ancestry and yahoo - are they working?

Hey
Is anyone else having trouble getting onto Ancestry? I seem to just be getting a page of adverts, and when i try to log in i get an error message. I can't get into my Yahoo mail either.
Is it just me or are the sites having probs?
Very frustrating cos i was planning to do loads of searching whilst the footies on!!

I wonder why i can't get it to work then? It was working ok on monday! Maybe i've got a gremlin!

Oh dear. Maybe i've got a prob then? I've restarted my comp 3 times and it hasn't helped. I can use all the other sites ok though. I wonder whats going on?

Clear out all your old cookies and see if that helps

Not just you, Ancestry became unusable with an error saying I was either logged on on another computer (I probably was but it's never been a problem before) or someone else was using my account.

I've just had problems with Ancestry too.  It wouldn't find a page for me, so I gave up, same on IGI tonight, it seems very busy.

I gave up in the end. I managed to get the search screen up, but then it wouldn't search. And then when it did decide to do a search I couldn't get a results page! But it seems to be working tonight....and so does Yahoo!
