help births registered twice

can it of been possible 1n 1895 for the birth of a child to be registered twice . i am getting rather confused first there is a registration of a child called alfred william pidsley born in chepstow  apr may jun   11a 4, then alfred william 11a4 same apr may jun  could someone please look i had the information of ancestory .com surely this can't be right................ thanks to anyone who can help

Do you mean both in the same quarter in the same year?  There is only one in the actual index for June quarter 1895 ........................ William Alfred J PIDSLEY Chepstow 11a 4
