I haven't read this topic before and am moved by MDavz's kindness in posting and Dathai's post urging Irish voters to press for Freedom of Information. For over thirty years i have tried to assist a friend with an adoption issue and hit brick walls. That adoptionrightsalliance site which was mentioned by an earlier poster has now given me some hope.

There is probably a key on your keyboard that turns Caps off.

Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
