Same birth ref.number????????

My daughter was the same (see my earlier posts in this thread). After the two entries of her birth there are some more numbers. I think these are the cross references.

I haven't tried to send for her first certthough, just in case they send it out.

I wouldn't have thought they should be adding/amending births surely just a deed poll document would be required to amend the name since technically they were still "born" under whatever wass registered at that time
