 :) hi to all, looking for connections to edward lloyd born 1837c in holywell .. he had a daughter mary elizabeth lloyd 1856.. i found edward on the 1871 1881, census, but he was living alone.. mary went on to marry william smith in neath.. mary died in 1879, during childbirth edward has no wife registered with him.. prob widowed...

Is this the same Edward Lloyd living in Denbigh in 1881?  If it is him, he is registered as unmarried and a shoemaker(journeyman)

yes it`s the same edward lloyd.. he`s lived at the same adress for yrs, by looking at the census`s.. but his daughter is`nt with him... it`s very strange  :-\

Have you traced Mary Elizabeth? Do you have her birth cert? Are you positive this Edward is her father?
