Looking for any info  WILLIAM HENRY CARTER.
The only info I have is what is on his daughter's wedding cert states that his occupation was COAL MINER.
His daughter HILDA married Ernest Smith 1932 Dartford, just wondering if anybody can help me find William on 1901 census so I know where to start looking for him, as not sure any coal mines for that area. Mnay thanks Rose x

Hi Rose

I think we'll probably need some idea of Hilda's birth first (there are well over 70 William CARTERs who were coal miners in 1901) - do you know when/where she was born?

Hi thanks for looking, from the marraige cert it sataes her age as 32 years, so she would have been born 1900. Her marraige is all I have at this moment Dec 1932. Rose x

Hi Rose ..................... I don't suppose she happened to die after 1969 when the date of birth is in the death indexes?
