I have something similar - Thomas Levers living with "servant" and "reputed" son and daughter on 1851 census.

Strange how they're still together on 1891 census, in a totally different county, living with one of said "reputed" children and heading into their 70's.   ;D

Sally

What does it say about their relationship to the 'reputed' child in the 1891 - mother and 'reputed father' or something else?

I have a Mary Ann Clark unmarried  living with a William Walker widow as Housekeeper from 61 to 91. By 1871 they have 5 children all surnamed Clark listed as sons/daughters of Head of household ie William. I feel quite proud of her :D
