Hitchens/Hitchings family of Stithians

I am trying to locate information on William Hitchings and John Hitchings (born in Stithians in about 1840 and 1842 respectively).   They are the sons of Jon Hitchens and his wife Ann, who were both born in about 1803, he in Devonport and she in St. Keverne.  Any information/help would be greatly appreciated.
