Please can anyone clean this up?

A recently received photo of a cousin - but its a bit marked - can anyone do anything with it please?

I have given her a pot of colour I hope you don't mind, still disappointed about the face, but I think if I fiddled with it anymore it would only be worse.

Mmmm I think my versions look a bit like a painting... will have another go tomorrow ...  my nose keeps making smudge marks on my monitor ! ;D
