Thanks to you all who have had a go at this picture - I have been playing with it too myself but those light flares are really ruining the picture.
I did wonder about the lightening flashes on the picture - not that they really affect the picture that much anyway as it was always going to be poor.

The static was only a guess, as I said I'm not really sure - it could just as easy be damp. It would be interesting to hear what anyone else thinks!

Hello Kevin,

Welcome to Rootschat. I am quite new here myself and have found that this is a lovely community with a great spirit. There are a variety of passionate restorers here, each with their own unique talents, and who is kind enough to offer their skills so that others may enjoy the beneift of reconnecting with those that are important to them.

Its great that you are starting up a photo restoration business and if you are after a more professional set of audience, then I recommend checking out RetouchPRO as the people here tends to be more towards hobbyist.

best wishes
Andrew

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for the refferal of RetouchPRO.  I too began as a hobbyist.  The driving force which lead me to creating digIMAGE was the love for photo restoration and graphic design.

I think everyone is doing a great job.  Everyone displays great talent.  As digIMAGE continues to grow, I may have to use RootsChat for possible recruitment.

For anyone who has some free time and would like to visit my site, please go to www.digimageonline.com.  Any feedback: Questions or Comments are welcome.
Thanks again

Kevin Morris
