Hi,
Just wondering what schools were around from 1928 to about 1938 in the St. Ann's area of Nottingham?
Is there anywhere I could go to find this information?
Swift , Matthews, Price , Clarke , Rockley, Dewey, Turton, Wild, Nottingham
Aldread, Brentnall, Cowlishaw Derbyshire
Elliot, The Borders/Nottingham FWK industry
Hartopp, NW Leicester (Barkby and surrounds).
Smith Bilston Staffordshire
Bennett, Calary? Ireland
Johnson, Staffordshire/Warwickshire
Latham, Lewis, Trevor, Vero, Armstrong, Barnett

I suggest a quick phone call to Nottm Archives 0115 958 1634. I did think about the Nottm City Council or Angel Row Library but I think the phone call to the Archives will give you the quickest answer.
