Brides father deceased

On a wedding certificate if the brides father is deceased this is always 100% stated on the certificate? This is from a certificate 1869.

Not always - it depends whether the question was posed or not.  Unfortunately this makes life difficult for those chasing their ancestors  :-\

Thank you for that information, it explains something, which mystified me with one of my ancestors wedding certificate.
