I'd all be in favour of calling my child "Parsley Andrew" if my surname were Thyme.  He could go as Parsley And Thyme. ;D

According to freebmd there are a few Time of Day's in kent.

The original mr.day died in 1851, his son is on the 1871/81 census and died in 1890 and then theres another Time Of Day born in 1899.
