MrsLizzy,

I have incorporated deep breathing, cognitive behavioural therapy, and massage into my treatment, with pretty good results, but I will always need medication. I was on two drugs before my pregnancy, and am now only on one, at a third of the dose I was once taking. I am about to start yoga as well.

My first shrink (who retired) tried hypnotherapy on me, but it didn't work. I will always keep looking for anything that can help me - why not?

Cheers,

Kez :)

I think yoga will do you a world of good.  And I also think a better hypnotherapist might too.  Or just some good quality CDs to listen to before you go to sleep.  I recommend Glenn Harrold's CDs, Kez, the man ROCKS! (although this is an opera chick speaking!)
