The entry supplied by Iria is also the only Fanny Hunter that I could find that appeared relevant.

I interpret the surname of the head of the household in which Fanny resided as being 'Letterington', though it is indexed as 'Letteringle'.

Just to give you a bit more information, Anthony Letterington was aged 30 and a Tanner by trade.  His wife Mary was also aged 30.  They were obviously quite well off, for, as well as employing Fanny as a servant, they had another female servant whose name appears to be Jane Mansell, aged 20, and additionally there were several male servants.
