There are a number of trees on Ancestry that have Dorothy's parents as Charles George BARNES and Ellen Louisa COPLEY. They married 1889 at Fulham but were both born 1875, which does not make sense. Would have been way too young.

There are no BARNES children with COPLEY as mmn according to the GRO so he must have married one of the other females listed.

The witness to the wedding are: Esther FIELD and Ada DENHAM.
Esther was part of the family who owned 19 Argyle St. Ada is unknown.

Dorothy named her first daughter Dorothy Cecilia Hester which were LEWZ(E)Y family names, might there have been a family connection between them?

Dorothy is not with them in 1911.

Correct.  Ellen Louise COPLEY married William Henry Jackson WISE.

The indexing for that quarter on FreeBMD is a bit of a mess.
