The marriage details are transcribed as:
8 August 1841, St Helier parish church, Jersey
NEWTON Beadon of Creech St Michall [sic], Somerset and PHIPPEN Ann, St Helier
[This is before the civil registration of marriages in Jersey - 1842 onwards]
("Creech St Michael, a parish in the hundred of Andersfield, in the county of Somerset, 8 miles S of Bridgewater, and 2.5 miles E of Taunton" - National Gazetteer, 1868)
In the 1851 census they appear as:
2 St Saviour's Road, St Helier
NEWTON
Beadon Head 36 Butcher England
Ann wife 31 - Jersey, Grouville
Julia Ann dau 8 scholar St Helier
Thomas Beadon 7 scholar St Helier
William Francis 4 scilar St Helier
PEPIN
Marguerite Sister-in-law 27 Grouville
So the marriage surname PHIPPEN may be a mistranscription of PEPIN - or vice versa.
In 1841 census I can only find one Anne Pipen aged approx 20, living in St Helier separately from her family; and Beaton [sic] Newton is a butcher living in Bath Street, St Helier (no family).
I have a number of possible children from the St Helier births index:
