McKimmie's of Fordyce and Alness

I've recently been looking at the McKimmie family in Fordyce.  William McKimmie and Jane Munro had a daughter, Mary McKimmie (born 23 April 1865 in Fordyce).  Her family lived in the Fordyce area - and I remember some of them.  There are descendants still in the area today.

Let me know if you have their details. 

There is a connection between one of Mary McKimmie's daughters and my grandfathers family. - Happy to share information.

My wife's Uncle was a Frankie McKimmie from Fordyce. He was a POW in Japan for 5 years, and still made it back. Everyone, including his wife had given him up for dead!

William & Jane & therefore Mary are on my tree too.
Also Cruikshank would that be Jane Cruikshank?
Would the Wilsons have a later connection with the Mckimmies?
I know my G- Grandpa's brother James McKimmie married a Janet Wilson after his first wife Lizzie Dow died. Lizzie was certainly from around either Banff or Crieff not sure where Janet originated.
