Thank you Barbara. The Jordans were certainly a St.Mary -Whitechapel family so perhaps that is what it does say.  Solved !   Kind regards...........

Have to say, Emmeline, I've never seen a Pallot's entry with so much info on it - and that's if I've ever been lucky enough to FIND any of mine in Pallots  :o  :D  Lucky you!

Hi Prue - Yes, I have been very lucky in finding quite a few of mine on Pallots. Was advised by a Rootschatter to look on Documents Online for some Jordan wills and was able to find those too. Fabulous. :) :) :)
