resavoir terrace birmingham

in 1901 my aunt was born at ressavoir  terrace ossler street birmingham it was in ladywood but i can find nothing out about the terrace does anybody know of it please.

Osler st. ran between Reservoir rd. & Icknield Port rd.(and still does)Rotton Park Reservoir was right behind it.The houses were typical of the period.I don't remember any back to backs but there were some in the area.The reservoir was a large lake surrounded by grass and trees and was a popular spot with all of the locals especially children.I'm sure your aunt spent many happy hours there.The local school was Follett Osler in Osler st.

If my memory serves me correctly the Terraces were open to the street.
If you imagine a row of houses then a gap and another row.The gap was where the terraces were, usually fronted by a low wall with two pillars forming the entrance.The houses were at 90deg. to the houses on the street and may have had small front and rear gardens.There were typically about a doz. houses facing each other ending in a high brick wall with another terrace on the other side.
