Williams family of Dunkell/Dunkeld

Hi, my family are from Devon but my great great grandmother was born in Dunkell.  I found from the BC of my great grandfather that her maiden name was Williams. 

I am looking for any info about Barbara Williams born c. 1801 in Dunkell or anything about the Williams family.  I am trying to find out whether the family were Scottish or perhaps she just happened to be born there because her father worked there.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
