Sorry - I haven't found an Olive Brown on my records anywhere. My Agnes Brown is only related to Burns side as her sister "Grace Kerr Brown" married "Peter Burns".  Howvere I have yet to trace her fathers parents. He was charles Brown b 1795 approx.

the furthest I can go back is to william brown, my mum in laws grandfather..I am at a dead end now...without anymore info.

I haven't been able to find my George Brown's parents but I know they all come from Penpont/ troqueer area. My dteails are all on Genes Reunited if they are from the same area.
I looked on IGI & found your Olive Brown & her family - I am assuming they are all connected as they are all spelt Broun!
