Dos anyone know wether there are settlement Certificates for Ely for mid to late 1700's ?

I input "Ely AND certificate" and got over 900 hits which were too many for me to view, however, I did have a quick look at two of the parishes.   There's obvioiusly dozens of setttlement certificates for the 1700's but I only saw a few for late 1600's.
