Looking for the baptism of Margaret BLACKWOOD abt 1824 and any siblings!!!! Lived at Black Hill, (Templecorran Parish-I believe) "a small place near Carrickfergus," Co. Antrim. Have her marriage to William McMORAN 4 Mar 1846 Templecorran Parish. McMORAN was spelled erratically!! Was it Presbyterian?
First three children prob. baptised here. John McMORAN abt 1847, "Nancy" McMORAN abt 1849, Joseph McMORAN abt 1851. They emigrated from Belfast, arrived 8 Apr 1852 Castle Garden NY, NY on the Willa (Castle Garden database says "Milla") with John 5, Nancy 3 and Joseph infant aboard. Potato blight 1845-50.
