« on: Saturday 06 May 06 23:42 BST (UK) »
Hi,
ive been looking at the vital record index and i was wondering if it is worth buying. Anyone have it? If so please let me know what you think of it.
Also, does anyone know if there is to be a new version soon?
Thanks

Hi,

It all depends on the places and time frame you are researching.  Your can view the contents of the BRVI2 at www.genoot.com/downloads/bvri2/index.html .  I think one advantage of it is that it gives the fathers names on marriages after 1837ish.

Regards,
Mo
