Hi Poli,
All I can say is I had a look through the nationl index of BMD
in the June Q 1961 for a Myfanwy Evans, Davies, Davis, Griffith, Griffiths, Owen, Owens, Thomas, Hughes, Jones and Williams. Apart from  Williams there was a Myfanwy Jones. 60. Wrexham 8A 396 which I think you already had.
If it were me I'd do a bit more looking before I ordered a cert or should I say before being separated from my money.

 Well Paul, i'm going to Wales for a couple of days this coming week and will have a chance, i hope, to scour some records so shouldn't waste my pennies, hopefully.
