1841 Census, Endellion
« on: Monday 18 October 04 12:00 BST (UK) »
Can anybody look in the 1841 census for Endellion?

I have an ancestor, Richard Hall, whose birthplace is recorded as Cornwall, St Endellion in the Devon censuses of 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881

The birth date is consistently recorded as ~1825 (when I subtract the recorded age from the census year)

Various certificates give his father as John Hall (yeoman) or Richard Hall (labourer) - yes, it is the same Richard Hall giving two different names for his father!!

The on-line Parish Clerk tells me there her databases have no Richard ~1825.  Perhaps he and/or his father Richard/John are in the 1841 census.  Can anybody help?

Sorry cannot locate any Halls at all in the 1841 census for St Endellion, Nor any John or Richard Hall anywhere in the Hundred of Trigg of which St Endellion was a part of in the 1841 census. Sorry
