Hi Tati

I am grateful for the 1861 and 1871 census on Thomas Seymour and family.  :)

Now I need to get out my map on Henley on Thames as I am getting many of my family tree  branches of different families shifting to this town/city. So many thanks for the address for Thomas and Emma SEYMOUR.

I know that two sons later on live at Rotherfield Greys and their occupations are bootmakers.

Many thanks
Helen

Do these baptisms from Henley on Thames help?

1/3/1835 Thomas, s Thomas & Sarah Alice, lab
25/12/1836 JOhn , s Thomas & Sarah, lab
26/8/1838 Hester, d     "              "        "
30/8/1840 Harriet Sophia d "       "        "
28/12/1842 Henry, s           "       "         ", born 27/11/1842
7/2/1845 Mary Ann, d          "      "          "
6/10/1847 Eliza, d               "       "        "

Have found a burial for a JOhn Seymoure in Oct 1841 in the index, but can't find the entry!! Will keep looking.

Let me know if there's anything else you need. You can send me a PM if you prefer.

Hi Paula

Many thanks for the Baptisms as I did not have this information and with knowing that Harriet is Harriet Sophia, I now think that she married a Henry HIGGINS in the late 1860's and moves to Surrey. Plus he is also a bootmaker.

Also many thanks for the burial of John Seymour.

Cheers
Helen
