translation needed please ! Attatched the image !

Hello everyone,I wonder if anyone would be so kind as to translate a 1887 death card notice which is all in welsh for me.I have tried looking through a welsh to english on line dictionary but alot of the words are not there.I have the card scanned so could send it down line to anyone who is able to help.Thank you for your time,kind regards Kath

The bit on the right translates to:

In the scared memory of
Catherine Thomas
Dearest bride of Hugh Thomas
Llanfairpwllgwyngyll
(She) who died 17th October 1887
48 Years Old
And buried in Llanfair's Cemetary October 20th
