Guernsey marriage indexes

Can anyone help with a lookup  for a marriage index in Guernsey for me?  Am searching for Derek Theodore Phillips who married Dorothy Milly Phillips (nee Webb) probably between 1973 and 1975?  Can this be done without a trip to Guernsey (holidays already booked this year!)
