Hi, I wonder if you can help. My Grandfather ARTHUR FREDERICK FOSTER born WEYBRIDGE SURREY 8th October 1873 [known as 'Tiger Foster']. We believe was wounded in the Boar War. On my father's birth certificate [1915] his father's rank or profession is given as PRIVATE SURREY NATIONAL RESERVE [BRICKLAYER]. Any help would be much appreciated.
