Dolphin Lane which has the wonderful Indian Queen (Pocahontas?) at the entrance has to my knowledge of c70 years always been a pedestrian lane as has Still Lane, and on the other side of the bridge Emery Lane and Hatter Lane. They are tiny medieval streets, and archaeological surveys of the plots would be interesting to see whether they are still on the original boundaries. If I remember correctly Dolphin Lane leads through into Pump Square, and on the Main Ridge. This area is part of the medieval core of the town of Boston, and well worth a visit.
