St Audoen's Church, Dublin
« on: Saturday 07 February 04 23:17 GMT (UK) »
Most of the ancient historical and genealogical records of Ireland (including Northern Ireland) were destroyed by fire at the Dublin Public Record Office in the 1920s. Very few records survived.

In 1886-7 the records of St Audoen's, Corn Market, Dublin were transcribed and published in the Irish Builder over a period.

Published on CD are scanned images of the original newspapers containing the
Funeral entries 1595-1660 and Baptisms, Marriages and Burials 1636-1755
